	Graphic Design & Illustration

These students have the task of designing and creating Volume 30 of "The Aerie", the Stacey JSHS yearbook. Students will be able to express their creativity while learning about layouts, spreads, typography, composition, artistic elements, and basic digital photography.


	Engineering Design and Presentation

TEKS 130.365
Students will learn how to use Bentley Microstation Powerdraft software to draw maps & surveys, design buildings, learn drawing perspective, & design in 3 dimensions.


	Web Technologies

TEKS 130.279
This course primarily covers development of web pages using basic xHTML and Adobe Dreamweaver CS4. Students will get to use learned tools to create their own web pages and web sites.


	Digital & Interactive Media

TEKS 130.278
This course is split using a pair of Adobe products: Photoshop CS4 for the digital graphics portion and Flash CS4 for animation. We will also learn the ins & outs of digital photography with hands-on lessons.


	Computer Science I

An introductory computer science course. Students will learn the basics of programming using the Java language. Select students will have the opportunity to represent Stacey on the UIL computer science team.
