Student Expectations


I have high expectations of my second grade students.  This school year
 will provide lots of challenges and opportunities for us to achieve, succeed, and shine. 
We use the Love and Logic approach that allows students to
grow through their mistakes and learn the consequences of their choices. 
Increased self concepts will lead to improved behavior and achievement.
 
 
CLASSROOM EXPECTATIONS

1. We will act and talk in ways that allow everyone to feel safe and respected.

2. We will treat others the way we want them to treat us.

3.  If we see something that is hurtful or dangerous, we will tell an adult immediately.

4.  We will act and talk in ways that allow everyone to learn.

5.  We come to school on time and do our best because we believe school is important.
