The Business Office is responsible for the management of district funds and fiscal operations. Lackland ISD has an annual operating budget of $12.6 million dollars. This money is used for salaries, instructional supplies, facilities maintenance, and various other expenditures.
Business Office functions include: Accounting, Accounts Payable & Receivable, Budget, Cash Management, Employee Benefits, Fixed Assets, Investments, Payroll, PEIMS, Purchasing, Risk Management, and Records Management.
