With several of the other schools in the district attending the Bobcat Relays, Stacey runners got a good look at their district competition. In the Girls' division, the Stacey team managed to accumulate enough points to tie for second place with D'Hannis. In the 3200 meter, Stephanie Glatt broke away after the first lap along with Megan Benoit. The two took first and second place with Stephanie running a 12:26.47 and Megan finishing in 13:40.42. Megan would later run in the 800 meter taking fourth with a time of 2:47.12. In the field events, Domini Davis took second in the long jump leaping 14' 5" in her first meet of the season. In the throws, Courtney Talka took fourth in the shot (30' 41/4") and second in the discus (91' 4"). In other running events, Victoria Wiggins easily won the 100 meter (12.38) and 200 meter (26.80) dashes. Domini Davis also picked up some points in these races as she placed second in the 200 (28.56) and fourth in the 100 (13.77. These two would later team up with Stephanie and Megan to place second in the 1600 meter relay. In the Boys' division, Charles Atkinson took third in the 800 meter (2:15.55) and Josh Knippel placed second in the 400 meter recording a PR of 56:41. Other Stacey runners earning points by placing were Van Allen Edwards and Kurt Stuebs as they placed fifth and sixth (12:16.67 & 12:22.46) in the 3200 meter run. Josh Knippel, Garrett Wimsatt, Darrell Sanders, and Van Edwards put together a 800 meter relay team and placed sixth (1:40.46). At the end of the meet, Van, Darrell, Garrett and Josh finished the evening by placing in the 1600 meter relay.
