When the 1-A - 3-A Girls race started at 8:30, it was still a bit chilly. Jennifer Zimmerman had a great run taking second place overall in the Girls' 2-mile event.

Tawnee Wimsatt about 1/2 mile in the race and holding on but had to drop out shortly after with a nagging injury.
