The Stacey Film Club Wins Public Service Announcement Contest
The Stacey Film Club has won the top prize in the San Antonio Police Department and San Antonio Talons' "Say Something-Save a Life" public service announcement contest. The contest assignment was to create a thirty second video encouraging teens to speak up and prevent dangerous behavior in others. The Stacey video about bullying prevention was chosen out of submissions from schools across San Antonio for first prize. The winning students will attend an awards ceremony on Wednesday May 29th at 1:00 with officials from the SAPD and Talons organization at the Public Safety Headquarters downtown. The winning video is available to view on the Stacey News YouTube channel as well as on the SchoolTube website along with all of the contest entries under the "Say Something - Save a Life" description. The winning video will also screen at the June 8th Talons game. You can watch the video on School Tube or on the Stacey YouTube Channel

Lackland ISD District Office hours are:
8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday.
Lackland Elementary
's school day starts at 7:45 AM and ends at 3:15 PM.
Stacey Junior Senior High 's schedule is from 7:45 AM until 3:20 PM. School offices are open from 7:30 AM until 4:00 PM.
