A little about myself--

I was born in San Antonio and graduated from Holmes High School. I earned my BA in English from UTSA in 1989. I have two wonderful, bright sons. Michael is 21 and is currently serving in the Air Force. Matthew is 17 and an 12th grader at Brennan High School.  My sons are Air Force "brats" and were both born in military hospitals on Air Force Bases.  They know the unique challenges and opportunities of the military life.  I also have a terrific, devoted husband, Mark.    

It's hard to believe that this will be my 11th year teaching at Stacey!  Each year has been challenging and very rewarding for me.  I expect this school year will be also and I look forward to it!
