Mr. Poludniak is originally from Shadyside, Ohio. He graduated from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio, with degrees in History, Education, and English. He taught English and Social Studies in Chillicothe, Ohio, at Unioto Junior Senior High School for four years before moving to Texas, and 6th grade for one year in Dilley, Texas, at Mary Harper Middle School, before coming to Lackland ISD. He currently serves as the Stacey English Department Chair and teaches sophomores and seniors. He is also the Advisor of the Stacey Student Council, which has received 22 consecutive Sweepstakes Awards from the Texas Association of Student Councils.
