Title I

Lackland ISD participates in the federal Title I program at the elementary school.  Students who reside within the district but attend private schools may be able to participate in the Title I program through their private school under certain conditions.  If you live on Lackland Air Force Base and have an elementary student in grades (K-5) and would like information about the Title I program, please contact Dr. Tonya Hyde at hyde.t@lacklandisd.net.  You may also request that your private school contact Lackland ISD to inquire about eligibility for services.

In addition to these programs, the district also utilizes a Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS)/ Response to Intervention (RTI) to provide interim services and interventions to students while making the best determination of more intense programmatic needs.
