Congratulations to 4th grader Ashley Livingston for being a finalist

in the citywide annual Texas Cavalier River parade poster contest!

Though we try every year, this is the 1st time a student from Lackland Elementary has ever made it as a finalist!

 

As a Finalist for the NON-CITY COUNCIL category,

ASHLEY LIVINGSTON will be receiving a check, (amount to be announced at the Press Conference),

which will go toward your school’s art program.

 She will also receive an art program scholarship, (details to be announced at the Press Conference).  

And, of course, Paul Arthur Rohlfs, Jr., King Antonio CIIand his entourage will visit your school!  

 

Also, Ashley’s artwork will be featured in this year’s Texas Cavaliers’ River Parade Program.  Ashley, along with the other

Contest Finalists will compete for a GRAND PRIZE THAT COULD EARN YOUR SCHOOL AN EVEN BIGGER SURPRISE!

 

On behalf  of the Texas Cavaliers, we extend a cordial invitation to you, Mr. David Garcia, and the young artist’s parents,

grandparents, and friends to attend the Cavaliers’ Press Conference on MONDAY, MARCH 24TH at 10:00 am,

at San Antonio Museum of Art, WEST COURTYARD, 200 West Jones Avenue, San Antonio, Texas 78215

 where King Antonio will recognize all the Finalists and announce the 2025 GRAND PRIZE WINNER!
