Lackland ISD Education Foundation Receives Donation for Teacher Grants
On Wednesday, August 19, 2026, the Lackland ISD Education Foundation received a generous donation of $5,000.00 from the HEB Tournament of Champios Charitable Trust to support teacher grants. The donation was presented at the Valley-Hi HEB that is closest to Lackland AFB where Lackland ISD is located. This donation will be used to support classroom teachers who desire to supplement what they are doing in the classroom to support additional learning opportunities for their students. “We are extremely grateful to the HEB Charitable Trust for supporting the teachers and students of Lackland ISD”, said Foundation President, Ms Jere Pace. “HEB continues to be a great supporter of education and we look forward to their contiuned partnership”.
